love the product. the packaging not so much

Frequent purchaser of the turmeric /ginger capsules. Glad it is packaged in a glass bottle. However the plastic cap is next to impossible to remove, something to do with the adhesive of the inner liner once the paper liner has been removed, sticks to the inside of the cap. Not sure why spices readily available in my spice cabinet have to have a child-proof cap? I had an old prescription plastic bottle that I had saved. Put the capsules in that instead. Luckily the label from the glass battle came off whole and readily stuck to the new Rx bottle. Then recycle the glass bottle. But instead of all this bother- could you package them in the type of bag that the candied ginger came in instead? Kudos for your mailing wrapping - no plastic in sight.

Hi - and thanks for the feedback. All of our supplements are in recyclable glass bottles and packaging. The caps are all child proof with tamper evident seals. This is a requirement for supplements, and something we all understand is necessary to to protect them from miss use by children. You are right that it does make them more difficult to reopen and we are always on the lookout for better and easier to use closures that meet the safety requirements.

They have made a difference

After having used the liquid version of this product for some time now and knowing how much better my range of movement is and my pain being down since using it on a daily basis, I bought the capsules for my mum so she would not have to worry about measuring the correct dose. Her and her doctor love that we have added this to her daily regimen. I can see that she is moving better and she says her knees very rarely hurt now. We are all so happy with this product and would recommend for those that want the health benefits but are concerned with measuring the liquid properly.
